# meet.coop v2.0 - draft > Note: this is **draft** for discussion @ July 2023 In June 2023, a mission for meet.coop v2.0 is *proposed* - close to, but more elaborated than, v1.0, and implemented through more explicit federation of operational contributions and through wage-work as well as volunteer work.
**Proposed:** The mission of meet.coop is: - To develop, operate, sustain and evolve an economy of online meeting and collaboration spaces - Provisioning digital infrastructure in the commons (see Platform project), paying a fair wage - to serve a diverse community of User members (see social relations) - who at the core are organiser-activists in the coop-commons-solidarity economy, and in civil society social movements (see sectors of community.
