Venue spaces are digitally mediated spaces where participants interact in live co-presence: in video and/or audio. Big Blue Button rooms are the basic form for venue spaces in meet.coop.
Seen as commons, venue spaces are commons of **capability**, live mutual engagement and relationship - aka labour power. Thus they call for protocols that differ in some respects from those for platform spaces (commons of running code) and media spaces (commons of asynchronous media).
